These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Swiphoto mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
Swiphoto is a paid application. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Apple's terms, you are granted a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.
2. What the App does
Swiphoto helps you sort and clean up your photo library:
- Swipe right (Keep): the photo is kept and removed from your review queue.
- Swipe left (Delete): the photo is moved into a local album called "Swiphoto Archive" in your own Photos library. It is not deleted at this step.
- Purge: permanently deletes the photos in the "Swiphoto Archive" album. iOS moves deleted photos to Recently Deleted, where they remain for 30 days before being permanently removed.
The App works entirely on your device and does not transmit your photos anywhere. See our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Your responsibility for your photos
You are solely responsible for the photos you choose to keep, archive, or delete. Deleting photos is permanent once they are removed from Recently Deleted.
- Review your selections carefully before using Purge.
- Keep your own backups (for example, iCloud Photos or another backup) of any photos you want to preserve.
- We are not responsible for any photos that are deleted or lost through your use of the App.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error‑free or uninterrupted, or that it will prevent any loss of data or photos.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, photos, or content, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
6. Changes to the App and these Terms
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
7. Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. You may end them at any time by deleting the App from your device.
8. Apple App Store
These Terms are between you and the developer of Swiphoto only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App, and Apple is a third‑party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law rules.
